Describes our job in one word, it's [Behind the stages]In summary, when clients plan an event or campaign, we support the neccessary things such as construction and transportation and we also take responsibility for security, catering, MC... to support the operation of events.In client's eyes, we are number one in the outsourcing.On request, we will gather the best staff to work as a team and complete the task safely and quickly.From time to time, our achievements deepened our relationship with clients, therefore there are more and more requests coming from our clients to us.
What is our pace so far?
Established in 2004, we did not expect that the scope of our business would expand in 10 years like now.
First, we just specilized in set-up and removal of the venue.However, while receiving a lot of the same requests, we strongly desired to meet additional requests, and we increased the number of orders than before.
From the begining, we did not plan to make a company, we decided to do it as spirit [Survival of the fittest].Our work expands in a natural way and we have chances to meet a lot of new people.We think that the new edge and unexpected work coming also start at the spirit "Survival of the fittest"

Our true pleasure's job is taking into account of client's request, gathering important staff togther, completing the task within limited time. There is also a feeling of excitement and achievement when seeing a lot of smile at working place.
The job relates to venue so working time varies.Therefore, SUMPLUS has a special employment system that can be selected compatible with each lifestyle.You can work 3 days a week or 5 days a week.We are trying to create an environment that can strengthen staff's working motivation.

Now we are focusing on [SAFETY].We apply high safety standards even for temporary construction, at SUMPLUS we requires safety training for even part-time staff, we also actively trying to make sure our staff obeying the law.We not only meet client's request but also value the attitude [Survival of the fittest] from time to time. Once we decide, we never give up. Maybe it is SUMPLUS's unique feature.
