Detail 
After joining the company, you will be in <construction team>
We will let you take charge of set-up, removal of stage and interior design at the event venue, department stores... in a lot of places in Japan.

After you get used to work (normally it takes 3 years), we will let you take charge of working site, recruit and train for part-time staff.

【After joining the company】
After you have training course at head office (in 3 months/dormitory&transportation expense support to move to Fukuoka※ According to company's rule).
You will gain experience while you actually work.
You can learn little by little while supporting seniors.

You don't need to think "this job is full of difficulty", because basically we use trolley to carry heavy things.
If you can do such as carrying chairs and tables, assembling panels, it is no problem ◎

Jobs that you can experience ① You can experience event construction in places such as Fukuoka convention center, Fukuoka Kokusai Center, Fukuoka Yahoo!Dome, how to set-up the entire venue, set-up and remove booth decorations (Know, see, and experience behind the event stage)
② Experience store interior construction work as well as assemble furniture in dislay (stock shelves) and even set-up new stores. (Know, see, and experience until the shop is ready to use)
③ Safety training at company (event, interior design), training for new employees (event, interior design), basic training (sales promotion) (Know, see, and experience the way we train staff)
④ Join MC training school (MC at event) at company (Know, see and experience how professional MC is at a gorgeous event)
⑤ Experience interview and company introduction for part-time staff (you will experience interviewing them, so that you can understand how it is as an employee)

What is your business culture?

It is a culture that you can freely communicate with others regardless yu are new or not, we do not call staff as their job title.

What is the average age?

33 years old (until 2018, January). A half of employees are between 20 & 30 years old.

Is it problem if I do not have experience?

It is no problem. It depends on your attitude at work.

Is there any priority for majors at school?

Basicallly there is no priority for what your major at school. Although technical knowledge is important, most of the employees will acquire it after joining the company. Don't worry, we will also provide training properly when you enter our company.

How do you decide the assignment after joining the company?

We will take consideration to your desire but it is not always as your wish. We will consider it after we decide the management plan for 1 year.

Is there any job relocation after joining the company?

You may be relocated to make use of your personal abilities and skills. If the person wishes to transfer, we will respond flexibly depending on the purpose, cause, and reason.

After joining the company, are there any training courses for new employees?

After joining the company, first you will have training and follow-up training for new employees, and you will learn the basic knowledge as a member of SUMPLUS. After that, depending on each task, you will work actually while studying. We also have training for each staff continuously so that staff can develop their skills.
